    It's Been A While But I'm Back...

It seems like forever since I was active on the Creek. A lot has happened and I almost got out of turning permanently. I even almost sold Beauty but thank goodness the doctors ruled out turning as a contributing cause to my medical problem and I am getting back to it again. I have moved to Willis, Texas and am now raising a 2 yr old grandson along with my better half. I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things here; saying Hi to all my old friends and meeting all the new folks.

    WELCOME BACK CHRIS!!!!!!!!

It certainly has been quite some time since I've seen you here and I'm glad things have worked out to allow you to return. I was just thinking about you the other day too, being you haven't been around.

Yes, things have progressed here at the Creek and we have some excellent new turners for you to meet too.

I for one and glad you have come back.

    Welcome back, Buddy!

I was wondering what had happened. I am so glad you are back and look forward to seeing your work. Are you going to get another Beauty?

Welcome back, Chris! I lived in Conroe for a long time and Willis was in the STICKS. I guess it has grown up some by now. I hope you have everything worked out and are ready to play some now!

Chris - man, it's great to have you back! You have been missed!

Are you done traveling now? I seem to remember that you ended up doing a lot of cross country travel for sales - something about being a rep! You still in the business?

How do you like Willis? Lot farther away from the Gulf! That's probably a good thing!

Really nice to have you back!

Thanks Steve, I've really missed you guys. I guess you could say I am retired so no more travel. Since I live right on the lake I have added some fishing to turning. We're about 100 miles from the gulf now which suits me just fine.

Thanks Tom, I'm looking forward to turning some OAK. Actually I should do it in honor of Andy, he loves it so much!
