    More 3/32" Pebble Finish ABS

Just running the last batch of these, thank goodness. The order was for 1,000 of them and that's 19 12"x12" sheets. I'm running them at speed 20 power 90, freq 5000, and apply transfer tape to the face as they do char the top some. With the time it takes I can peel them as the next job is running but it did take a chunk out of my weekend. Plus a good half hour of tedious work to get the cutting order efficient to save time (but was well worth it).

My old supplier used to use nitrogen for air assist, cutting white ABS. Not perfect but not bad edges. Just a thought.

I have heard that it helps, but other than peeling after the transfer tape works fine, and it does come off easily.
