    Looking for hardware idea

Hi all. I'm looking for a certain piece of hardware, and just can't figure out how to look for it. I'm hoping someone will have some ideas.

Piano keyboard covers often have a brass piece, a tooth in the lid and a receptacle in the front rail. This lines up the lid when it closes. I've got a sideboard that opens into a play kitchen for our daughter, and I would like to use the same idea to snug up the fit when the lid closes.

    Can anyone help?

There are pins sold for aligning the leaves in a dining table. For instance http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/200...able-Pins.aspx

You can also get them in solid brass, plastic, and wood.
