Looks like you could take any photo of a turntable from above and make a negative of it (one click in most programs).

yeah but to find a good photo taken from straight over top is the hard part. I searched for a good 30 minutes and only found 1 photo overhead and it was a low resolution and very grainy. The more I tried to clean it up, the less detailed it had.
I found this one out there on the net. It looks darn close the the one you show.

A little work in photoshop, or whatever you use, and it's good to go.
