I’ve been busy roughing out some bowls and turned a small chechen bowl and decided to make a lid for it tomorrow. Decided I needed a finished product.
This pen is Curly Loganberry dyed Black then sanded. Dyed Cardinal Red lightly sanded then finished with CA.

Not my favorite pen, but shows off the beautiful wood. Im experimenting with dyes, and...um...not that pretty yet. Nice finish on it too!

Nice color and curl. I'm not familiar with loganberry, but that piece has some really nice curl.
