    Smile Jewelry Boxes Finished

I finished the pair of jewelry boxes I had been working on. These are Christmas presents for the Mrs. and my Mom. I wanted to say thanks to All who helped me out on the finish.

    Beautiful Wes, simply beautiful!

The finish looks great, the grain really popped!

Now, you realize you are responsible for filling them once you build them.

Good job! Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I have done so much with so little for so long I am now qualified to do anything with nothing......

P.S. If you are interested in plans for any project that I post, just put some money in an envelope and mail it to me and I will keep it.

    Simply Beautiful, Wes.

Love the way they come apart, I have been looking at the one from WOOD magazine that is like these. I plan to make them for next year, though.

Really like the way the finish accentuates the grain and the contrasting wood - Excellent.

What a way to get into the ww'ing habit, but with these fine boxes that will be treasured fo ryears to come.

Outstanding, Wes. Great material and the boxes really came together.

Wes, nice contrasts. I like the effect.

  11. Hey, Wes, it is always good to see a man that understands his responsibilities when he gives a woman an item as dangerous as a jewelry box.

    Very nice

Very nice job. All the people who don't get boxes like these for Christmas should make a wood worker a friend. We like burls, tigers spalteds, eyes, harts, and any kind of wood.
