    Epilog Rotary

Does anyone know the weight limit for an Epilog rotary device. I have some stainless cylinders that need extensive engraving done on them and it would be nice to put them on the rotary. Ea weighs about 15lbs.

    Epilog Fusion Fiber 30 watt
    Epilog 36 EXT 75 watt
    Epilog 36 EXT 60watt x 2
Epilog 32Ex 60watt (new tube, putting out 72 watts)
    Epilog Summit 25watt x2
    IL-60 2 x 100 watts 60" x 120"

15 lbs distributed across two points is 7.5 lbs.

I wouldn't think that be an issue as long as there are no plastic parts holding the mounts.

Check for any flexing/bowing of the mounts and associated components.

    Gregg,

I don't know that Epilog has ever published a maximum weight, but 15lbs would be far below what we have people rotating on a regular, continuous basis.
