We had nice weather for a day or two, I sealed some logs and left the Anchorseal in the barn/shop. Winter came back with a vengence, ice storm (power outages), snow, temperatures in the teens and twenties. I discovered the frozen Anchorseal and promptly brought it into the house. I checked it the next day and it is about the consistency of dry peanut butter.

UC Coatings said I could try adding some water and stir it up. Haven't tried it yet. Anyone else run into this problem? Any luck? I don't want to have to throw out 2-1/2 to 3 gallons of Anchorseal if I don't have to.

Meanwhile, I ordered another 5 gallons, this time with propolene glycol antifreeze added. Supposed to be food safe if used on wood turned into food bowls.
