brass inlay

I try to incorporate brass in my woodworking projects. I use solid brass plugs to hide screws bed bolts etc.

Has anyone used a variable speed router and inlay kit to make brass inlays?

I am not quite there yet as the machine is still being rebuilt but...

I have a old pantomill that I am planing to do brass inlay work with.

Do you have a photo of how you used the brass plugs on screw holes? It sounds like a nice touch. Are the brass plugs press fit or do you have to use some epoxy to anchor them?
