Several weeks ago I posted a small preliminary 3D engraving of the Lord's Supper.
I have completed the larger engraving and have installed at the entrance of the worship area of our Church. The completed size is 45" X 20" the rough pass was done using a 1/4" spiral up cut bit, time was 2 hours and 39 minutes. The finial pass was done using a 1/16" tapered spiral engraving bit with a 16% step-over. Time was 9 hours and 35 minutes.
Two coats of Polly-urethane applied after.
