Noticed this saw on clearance at Grizzly for $139. Amazon sells it for $280.

It's a circular saw designed for cutting fiber cement board - the model 5057KB. Seems like it might also be good for collecting saw dust. It has a plastic shroud enclosing the blade with a vacuum port at the back. It can be used with a vac or without (you empty the shroud occasionally).

It's a bit bulky and heavy (11 bs) and might not be a great job site saw because of the plastic enclosure. Also, the shroud seems to obscure the cut line so it may restrict use to a guide system.

Anybody ever used one ?
