I never want to live much more than an hour away from the ocean, but on occasion, views like this make me second guess that.
I love the mountains and everything about them...except cold weather.

On a cool fall evening, nice cup of coffee......aaahhhhhh! About as close to heaven as one gets in this world IMO!
