    Wooden combine harvester

My 4yr old nephew has had a big interest in combine harvesters. So, for his birthday, I made him a model of one! The exhaust chute rotates, grain bin doors open, even the head comes with a threaded bolt! As you can see in the second video, he had a lot of fun with it!

Andrew, really nice. I see more mini farm machinery in your nephew's future.

Nice work. The video of him playing with it was awesome.

Very nice work Andrew. That will be a heirloom toy that his kids and their kids will play with. I love to make toys for my two young lads. Making the toys, then watching to look on their face when they open the gift is the greatest.

Indeed, I see much more mini farm machinery in his future. I've thought about enrolling him in the haven't started as yet "Andrew's Toy of the Month Club." Got to get the toys to them while they're young before they realize what the letters ipod and ds mean....

Great work. Considering you're from New Holland, I'm surprised it's not Red and Yellow

Now that would be cool with some padauk and yellowheart! excellent idea!
I've been working on a tractor now for over a year- a model of a rusty john deere. made it from walnut, then lightly sprayed it with JD Green paint and scuffed it up a little bit. very cool effect!
