Cabinet Hinge

So a hinge on our Lazy Susan corner cabinet broke the other night. Noone in town has the same thing.

Is there an online site that has an extensive hinge database? I have been searching for awhile and can't seem to find anything that looks like the ones we have. I'd like to simply replace so that we aren't re-drilling the doors.

PS. Is there a more accurate name for this style hinge other than Lazy Susan door hinge?
