    Bullseye Formica Table

    Hey there,

I am refinishing a 5' round table and the customer wants a bullseye color sequence formica top( attached image). It starts with black 20" diameter and works its way out to 5'.

What do you think would be the best tool to cut these perfect cut outs ?

Would this do the job ?

Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Creekers.

Looks like the Rockler jig only goes to 52" and your looking for 60". I would just make the same thing Rockler is selling but size it to your needs. You should be able to make that out of some hardboard or 1/4 or 1/2 inch ply.... Just my 2 cents...John

Agreed. Make one that will meet your needs. Spray adhere the formica to a disposable substrate. Double stick tape a block to your center point to avoid marking your laminate and rock on.

yeah, i'll definitely make something to fit my need.

I am a little scared of chipping the formica if I run the router bit straight on top of it. Should I put something on top ?

    Thanks so far.
