    Shaker sewing table

    Shaker Sewing table in Maple. Original was made around 1830 At the Sabethday lake, Maine community.

    oooohhh! Don, that is just wonderful. So you turn and make furniture too? Grand. I have never made a table like this as I could never sell it( my market is particular!) & the curved legs always worried me..I was afraid they would break at the grain lines. Super build!

    Very nice! The subtle figure in the legs has a nice look to it as well. Looks like it would fit right in at Sabbathday Lake!
