what is the smallest over hang face frame hinge?

I meant to make the doors hang over the face frame by 1/2" but I did not read my own instructions carefully enough and now I only have enough door width for 1/4" overlay.

I have not assembled the doors yet and can just make larger rails and stiles If I need to but would rather not.

Is there a 1/4" overlay hinge?

I presume that your talking about euro style hinges on face frame.

Couldn't find 1/4" but Blum makes a compact 3/8" overlay. Might be able to tweak the cup hole a little closer to the edge of the door to approach your 1/4". If you drill your hole closer to the edge just be careful and consider the effect on the edge profile you cut on the face side of your doors.

Blum series 33 compact/concealed FF hinges come in 1/4" overlay.

I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Blum crank arm (71t5650) with zero plate and bored properly will do it.

(Or straight arm and 9mm plate).

..Duh, guess I didn't look well enough, they're right there in the same catalogue.

Good catch, sure make things a lot simpler.

I'd do the straight arm and the 9mm plate.

How about you just remake the doors?
