    calling Dallas neanderthals

I'm new in town and in the process of building a work bench. Would love to hook up with local WWers and look at what they have and exchange ideas. So far David Myers is my only local contact.
The means by which an end is reached must exemplify the value of the end itself.

    Hi Zahid,
I'm only about 30 minutes south of Dallas in Midlothian. Feel free to come down some time if you want to get out for a weekend drive.

    Zahid,
You may want to check out the North Texas Woodworkers Association (ntwa.org) They meet in Plano, and have a mix of normite and neanderthal woodworkers. Good bunch of folks. I used to be the membership chair before I moved out of the area. I know Steve Jenkins (NTWA president) does frequent the creek, but probably over in general woodworking.

    Regards

    John
