The mailman just stopped at my house with a box. It said Grizzly on the side and I wasn't sure about that...The top of the box said Mike Cruz on it. Reckon you can guess what was inside. A maple bowl blank! Thanks, Mike!!! Forgot to mention that the mailman is very interested in turning. He wants a lathe he can turn 16 to 20 inches on. Looks like the vortex may get another one yet...

David, if that's some of the ambrosia we cut up a couple of weeks ago you got some nice stuff there. Mike is quite free with his wood. Of course others did most of the cutting and hauling as Mike was still feigniing his bad elbows.

Since there is no photo, I'm assuming you left the lid off of the lacquer, and the fumes have got you imagining things.
