I suspect you're right on the properties of the paint, but I'd sure love to hear your follow-up.

So far it seems to be non blocking. Nothing is sticking to anything else and as a bonus they have had to clean some marks they made on it while loading it and it cleans up good also. If I get any counter info I'll let you know.

That is great news. I am going to try some of the paint (different color) on a shop project!
