Crawling back out of the Woodwork

    Morning all,

I've been away for quite awhile, (not put away) just away. I've refound my love of turning and have been trying to get some stuff made while I have the extra time on my hands. Allow me to bring you some of my current work.

    Thanks much for looking.

    Roger

    Platter one is Ambrosia Maple, 12 1/2 x 1 5/8" MAO finish
    Platter 2 is also Ambrosia Maple 11 3/8 x 1 5/8" MAO finish
The ornament is Ambrosia Maple body, with Holly Finials, 7 1/2" x 2 3/4"

Sorry I had to delete these pictures guys, but apparantly I am in violation of the TOS. These will not be reloaded.

Roger very nice turnings and very nice wood. I like the little bug holes. By your post count you don't crawl out of the woodwork often enough. We don't bite.

Ambrosia Maple is a very good wod to turn. The worm holes and lines adds alot of character to the piece. It turned out very well.

Looks more like crawling back into the woodwork to me... Either way, it's a very nice reentry.

Very nice turnings Roger, I have to say I'm very partial to the ornament. The holly contrasts very well with the darker ambrosia.
