    First project

Well this is my first real project other then practicing a bit with my instruments of shavings. I made a bread knife for a friend as a gift. It is of jatoba and maple. I am a bit shy to show this as I have seen some of things people have been creating but I figure everybody starts somewhere. Enjoy your weekend.

I got to get out more---ain't ever heard of a bread knife.
Looks great---when I started a lot of my stuff was used for firewood so you are doing great.

    Very nice, Kyle.

Man that Jatoba really had to travel a long way from Brazil to Alaska for your project.

    Kyle,
Thats a good looking project. I like home made bread enough I may have to make one for myself. That way I'd have an excuse to bring saw dust into the kitchen
