    Thumb-Syc A sculpture

Nicked up (er caved thumb) embedded in Sycamore.
Took 50 plus years to get the thumb to look like that. Heck the blood even looks real.

If I had a nickle for every plate and bowl I put my thumb through here lately I'd have a dollar or two.

You always need a tray to dump/sort screws, bolts, etc., then funnel them back into the container. Yours is now legendary......... Any thought about a patent?

Now all you need to do is turn a clean hole out of the center, put a wood plug in it and do an inlace inlay to bring the two together. Been there, done that.

Hey Bill, here I thought people were getting those dark bowls with light bottom from growing a maple into a Walnut.

WOW! Lots of good ideas, I may have to learn how to do this more often, and create a market.
Lets see, how many painters do I know?

    Good one Nick
