A New Perspective on th Japanese Tsunami

This is a 4 minute video taken by a man in a car - very interesting perspective. You only need to watch the first 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (unless you can understand the Japanese narrator)

That would have absolutely ruined my day. If I had been there I wouldn't be going back anytime soon. Thanks for posting.

You would be hoping that the car you own, would be the most watertight car in the country. I Hope he survived, and it was not just his camera they recovered..

+1 Bill. Ironic that the windshield wipers remained on the entire time.

Can you even imagine? Even if you were able to figure out what was happening at the first sight of water, where would go? What could you even do to try to save yourself?

The person that got out of the car ahead of him would either have to fly, or be a -v e r y- fast runner to survive

Watching it .......reminded me of an incident in the Atlantic in March I experienced aboard a US Navy ship 35 years ago. That is the day I realized my own mortality. Nothing man can do begins to approach the massive uncontolled forces of nature.
