    New toys

    Just a small tool gloat. I got one of Doug Thompson's small traveling tool kits. It came with a spindle gouge, a detail gouge, a bowl gouge and a blank, which I ground to a straight skew. They will all fit in the 12" haDSCN1602.jpgndle. Also, an allen wrench is included.
    I also got the 1/2" bowl gouge and the 7/16" detail gouge from Paulo at Glaser. They are really sweet.DSCN1603.jpg

    Those are nice Joe, I didnt realize Doug made smaller tools like that, been a while since I have been to his site, one of these days though I am going to get some of them for myself instead of just drolling over everyone else photos! The Glasers look nice as well.
