    Question Is There Any Way...

Is there anything I can set so that I will always/automatically subscribe to any thread to which I make a post?

I'm one of those dippy people who forgets things like that.

What sometimes happens then is that I fail to respond to somebody's repley to my post.

This makes me look (and feel) like a jerk, which is okay, since it's deserved.

On the other hand, however, it may make the other person feel bad too, which is not deserved.

James Krenov says that "the craftsman lives in a
condition where the size of his public is almost in
inverse proportion to the quality of his work."
    (James Krenov, A Cabinetmaker's Notebook, 1976.)

I guess my public must be pretty huge then.

    Tom,

I have looked for this option as well and haven't been able to find it. Hopefully someone will find it for us

    Tom -

To set it up for automatic subscription: Go to the User CP option at the top of the page. Once there, go to Edit Options and find the Messaging and Notification section. In that section there is an option for subscription.

It will email you a notice at the first reply but won't email all the replies.

I believe it will email at the first reply each time you make a reply.
