unique gift idea?

I've been looking for plans or ideas for a clock. No particular style in mind yet. It will be a gift for my aunt and uncle. I had a couple trees of theirs cut into lumber and now I'd like to give them something made from the wood. I have Eastern red cedar and black walnut, both have very nice figure! The cedar was down and dead for several years before it was cut so it's dry and ready to use by now. The walnut was green and will need another year to year and a half before it's dry.

So I'm looking for inspiration and ideas on what to build for them! I'm not set on a clock, that's just what I've thought of so far. Any suggestions or plans you can give me will be appreciated.
