    A different laser project

I was asked to make a box from a old broken dynamite plunger for a neighbor for his father for a gift. I used a free box maker program, to make the box and some 1/4 inch plywood veneer. I mixed in some black shoe polish and added some chips and scratches to make it look old and then lasered it.

I'll bet the recipient has a blast with it... being able to push the plunger should give them a real charge

    I'm simply blown away.
Life and death don't bother me. It's that little period of time in between that bothers me.

Maybe this project will spark some fresh ideas in people... that's my theory, anyway. I'd call it the Big Bang Theory, but that seems to be taken, so the idea kinda fizzled out.
