I cut some Polycarbonat today using the IN-Groove bit system. It worked pretty good. Currently the lowest speed my MFK700 will go is 12,000 RPMs. Not a bit of melting. I was cutting at 12.5 IPM and it worked pretty good.

So while the V-groove bits my not be the best for cutting PCB's, the other bits do work well. These bits only have a single cutting edge so they seem to be able to take the higher speeds of wood routers.
