New miter guage

I want to get a new miter guage and I'm looking at the Osborne and Incra. Can anybody give me the pros and cons between the two. Thanks in advance.

Hi David,

I can't comment on the Osborne, but I have the Incra Miter 1000SE. It is the same as the Miter 1000 except it comes with a nice flip stop and a telescoping fence that allows it to be anywhere from 16" to about 30" long. The guage is accurate and well made. It is much nicer than the original miter guage that came with my Delta Contractor's Saw.

I, too, have the Incra 1000SE and really do like it. It's made all the difference from the original that came with the saw.
