Yet another cleaning spray gun question.

In the process of cleaning the gun after WB painting, I've noticed the leavings of paint in the threaded area that the nozzle screws into. Is it ok to shoot a little water in that opening to and flush out the fluid tube? Thanks for the input as always

With a gun that has stainless steel everywhere, you can pretty much do you what you want with water
If not, it's usually at least anodized aluminum, in which case you should just make sure to dry it.

the whole thing should be broken down and cleaned especially if your not using it every day or putting it away for a while till the next project. dont leave thinner or water in it no mater what it made out of. there are packing seals on the needle -trigger you dont want to degrade.
