i dont know, i blew the picture up a lot and the pixels in the arm match the rest of the picture
so i think its real, but anything is possible!

It's the perspective that makes the arms look bigger than they are. It's the same method that was used in the Hogzilla and giant croc photos. Look where his feet are.

That is most likely photoshop. The left bicep is flopped over his forearm. If it was muscle from steroids or oil injections that bicept should do that.
