    Some days it just doesn't pay to go out to the shop. Instant bowl maybe?

    Couln't you just epoxy the pieces back on? Assuming you found all of the pieces.

    I was using the extra long sovereign hollow master with the smaller tip. The wood is punky here and there. So the short of it is an un expected bad catch. Tuff to see the tip as it approached the wood. But there is a deep cut down there. If I can figure out how to avoid this again, I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. As soon as my stomach settles. Well I gathered up all the pieces I could find. They don't line up to well.
