    Target EM2000

I was cleaning up the shop today and discovered a can, about 3/4 gallon, of Em2000 that I know is at least 2 years old. How do I test it for future use? Today I stirred it up, looked ok, and brushed it on some wood and it seemed to dry ok. Is this a good test?

As long as it was sealed well and didn't freeze, the test you did is likely a good one. But a quick phone call or email to Target to get the skinny might be in order given that EM2000 is an emulsified oil finish in a water carrier and you want to be sure that it will still cure correctly with the time that has passed since it was opened.
