    Meadow Lane Staircase.

I did this staircase during the summer and promised to post finished pictures, here they are. The staircases are white oak. Each one weighs about 1500#. The house just sold for 25 million. The first is the kitchen, which I had nothing to do with, just showing.

Gorgeous. I have to say I love dual staircases even though they are a horrible "waste" of space. Curious, I am guessing Southampton? One of the few places that can still command that sort of $.

Of all the laws Brandolini's may be the most universally true.

    Deep thought for the day:

Your bandsaw weighs more when you leave the spring compressed instead of relieving the tension.

Yes, Southampton, in the town, ocean front. Crazy money for a second house.

Richard, on my "Bucket List" is to see one of your stairways in person. I enjoy each and every picture you send in, but I really hope to see one in person. Now I know I'll never get into a $25 million house, but I can dream. Thanks for the pix.

Richard, Part of our agreement was that you wouldn't discuss my house. By the way, we love the stairways, his and hers. Thank you!
