My attempt at a SW Pot. 6 x 6" . Finish Gen. WTF. Grain texture not filled, has a pleasing tactical feel to it. Approx. 3/8" at the mouth, 1/4" shoulder and thickens towards the bottom. Pardon the reflections.

You did a good job on these. I like the maple rim although not too sure about the maple bottom. That is some nice walnut too.

I like your finish Allan; the form reminds me of Winnie-the-Pooh's honey pot ...

Allan,
I like the form of this. You did a great job with it. I like the maple top and bottom, and I agree with the honey pot similarity. Was the maple in your original plan for this?
Yes, maple was envisioned early on.The bottom is thinner that the top.

Looks good from here! Maple and walnut were meant for each other.
Very nice Allan. Walnut & maple always go good together. I'm not so sure about the maple at the bottom, but the collar is great.
your picture is fine to my eyes..i can see what I need to. I like the 2 colors. Good attempt.

Nice piece and the finish looks great. Really like the walnut/maple combo.
