    Second hollowed vessel/classic design

Apr 01 2012_1404.jpgApr 01 2012_1405.jpgI tried my second hollowed vessel.I chose a classical design.I can honestly say.It was a much easier process ,then my first. You gents were right. You said choose an easier design .So,what do you think? It also is Apple.Thats what I happen to have plenty of.8x5 inches, and Beal buffed.Constructive criticism again is always welcomed.Norbert Ploetz

A nice design well executed. Good flowing lines with a pleasing finish.

Excellent work, Norbert! This form, and its derivations, is one of my favorites - so much one can do with it. The apple sure looks great with it.

Looks like a wonderful second hollowform to me! It's well proportioned and a good shape, there's a nice balance of the Sap wood and heartwood, it flows nicely with the curves of the form. Well done! Now get busy on the third

Sure it's a simple form but it's a classic! You did a great job with it!
