    Shallow Spalted Elm Bowl

Got this from a elm crotch. It doesn't have much depth or chatoyance even with oil, but still has a lot going on. First time using General Finishes Woodturner's Finish as well, I saw a few mentions of it on various forums when it came out late last year and the recent rash of posts about it reminded me to give it a shot. It almost reminds me of CA in how fast it cures, and the sanding the ridges back. I like it so far.

Beautiful bowl, Jeremy. Great wood and your form and finish are great.

Very nice. You really showed off the wood in that piece.
