Sawstop only choice for tablesaws in California?

I just read over on the Popular Woodworking site that Sawstop has lobbied the Ca. legislature to introduce a law requiring all new tablesaws to have flesh sensing technology by 2015. As usual they are ahead of the feds. I sure am glad i don't live in Ca. if you do and you believe in freedom of choice start saving up!
