Turkey fan and beard mount design?

Anyone have good design(s) to mount a turkey fan and beard? I've got my spring gobbler fan curing right now.

Here is how I mounted mine. Beard glued to brass portion of shotgun shell (w/ spent primer). Secured to wood plaque w/ a simple cup hook and fan mounted to back side of plaque
. I have used several different types of wood,depending what's leftover I have laying around. I hope these pictures post. Well pics won't download (message: files to large).
