    Wedding keepsake box

    Somehow we spaced our friend's wedding tomorrow so it was a mad rush yesterday and today to make them a heartfelt gift! We came up with this keepsake box. It's meant to hold a wedding photo both inside and out on the lid. Finished it with hours to spare, which is rare for me!tylerbox.JPGtylerbox2.JPGtylerbox4.JPG
    My wife painted a nice dedication on the bottom. The body is cherry, tanoak lid and some purpleheart and walnut trim.

    that's one heck of a job with such a tight deadline! it really helps having a significant other who helps as well. any photos of her painted dedication?
