    Bench dog inserts

Anyone here be willing/interested in cutting some router plate inserts from UHMW to fit a bench dog rounter table? Approx. size of circular inserts are 4 29/32 and 3/8" thick. Bench Dog has sold out to Rockler and the inserts are not available anymore.
I am trying to get some of these in UMHW and just use them as zero clearance inserts.

    Mick,
Thanks for reply. The attached photo show the insert. I put the claipers on it and come up with overall width is 4 115/128". The overall thickness is 3/8". There is a ledge that is cut into bottom side that is 21/64" thick. The diameter of the circle that that creates the ledge is 4 33/128".

I don't need any holes cut in it as I will use these as zero clearance inserts.

    Mick,
Those on Amazon are not the right size. What I have found so far is Benchdog made a change in their router table insert size and also change materials from steel to some type of lplastic insert. They also changed the size of the insert at the same time. This all happend over the past few years I believe.
Later (from talking to Rockler who bought Benchdog) , Rockler has made the inserts a uniform size to match up with their products. Bottom line is no one makes a high quality(or low quality for that matter) insert for the very high quality BenchDog routher lift and router plate that Bnechdog made back in the ealry 2000's.
