    Some days....

My cousin had ordered dozens of roses a week ago to celebrate the birth of his grandson today....Tonight I am designing memorial roses and plaques for the infant's funeral. The baby boy died in childbirth, the cord had wrapped around his neck and knotted. Some days, I wish I didn't have a phone....Some days, I wish I didn't have the skills I have and the tools I have....Some days, the tears stain my work....

I'm generally a rough sort of fellow, but that has me seeing through watery eyes.

So very sorry for your family's loss.

My sincere condolences to the family! It is always harder to justify the death of a child or infant.

So sorry for your family's loss...... and when we talk about roses, we know that God has another flower in his garden to-day.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I never expected to see or feel such emotions as I did on Monday. The family grieving at the cemetery was heart wrenching. I felt the loss my husband and I felt when we lost our own son prematurely 21 years ago as if it were the same day. Thank you all.
