    negative space design with COLOR!!!!

    Pearlized turquoise acyrlic..the design is the same as a piece I made called Working At Cross Purposes. Bleached the Sapele and then painted.
    This ought to wake up the eyeballs!!! Enjoy!

    That is really cool! I like the addition of color - gives a lot more depth to the design! Great idea!

    Looks great Michelle. I wouldn't even attempt something like that, even if I could figure out how you do it. The color is nice but I prefer the natrual colors of wood. Great work though!

    This is very nice. I like the color and the fact that wood grain shows through. The design is awesome!

    Thats neat Michele! Reminded me of a moving spider at first glance.....but I suppose a spider wouldn't have 10 legs.

    This is a real beauty Michelle The design is just crazy(in a good way),so much to look at in one piece, with the multi directional curves(the wooden ones and hole ones). I think the blue works really well with the design.
