    Lifting casters

I'm building a portable kitchen island 4'x8' with drawers, cabinets and a granite top. I'm having a hard time finding lifting caster systems. I'm thinking 2 sets, one each end with a pedal control to pick it up and set it in place. Does anyone have an idea?

Rockler has these lifting workbench casters, but they might be a little obtrusive for a kitchen island.

These I present because they are much nicer looking and fun than industrial casters BUT they are not lifters as you specified.
Some do come with the lock feature though. http://www.mockett.com/furniture-har...asters/casters
