    Large try square needed, so

I went up to my Blacksmith Shop and got my layout squares from my days as a Smith. I had a 6" by 8", an 8" by 12", and a 12" by 18" and regular 16" by 24" that I had modified into trying type squares for use with thin gauge metal. By setting up and drilling and tapping 2 holes 10-32 for allen head cap screws that stick through the other side the same distant as the head of the cap screw sticks above the square.
