Anyone know where to get rail guide bearings for a shop sabre 4896?

numbers on these bearings are UGC3C and thk ssr154.4. can't find them anywhere. two of mine just imploded on the spindle head side of the gantry rails. too much weight for too long i suppose.

Thanks for the beta. Was able to get it figured out, and more, with the help. Leading edge bearings blew out and shopsabre, after getting back to me, told me they no longer make machines with the 8" base width on the rails. They went to 12 or 16" in part because they were getting this problem. for what its worth.
