    My kids are carving

    My girls are into carving now. I have two rules. (1) BOTH HANDS ON THE TOOL (2) CARVE AWAY.

    Nice! You might want to add a rule about a safe distance to watch from so the little one doesn't get in front of sister's tool. My daughter started some carving when she was 13 or 14, although with all the million things to catch kids' attention, she got distracted. But the interest is definitely there.
