Cutting small amount of pvc foil

    Hiinforma-dvig-tabla.pdfinforma-dvig-tabla.pdf

I have a customer that want sign table made from letters and logo that need to be cut from acrylic sheet and glue to aluminium base.
Only way i can figure out is to aply thin colour foil to acrylic and then cut out letters and logos.
Problem is that foil is PVC. Since i am aware that pvc is NO for lasering i am asking you if you will risk cutting PVC for that small job(cca 1/2 hour job) or
    maybe someone have beter solution.
    Regards

The small amount of kiss cutting the very thin PVC will not harm anything if your exhaust system is good.Probably moire chlorine present above a swimming pool than in your laser after doing it. We been doing it sporadically for 12 years or more .. no problems. Its when you cut thick PVC or raster engrave or kiss cut all day long that it can become a problem.
