Martin, I only see a shop selling the finished item, diyawards com (search on "national flag"), maybe you could contact them and ask their source, unless they're your direct next door competitor!

Thanks Steve, I have found a handful of retailers. If I don't find something today I'll start calling them!
I have had luck in the past with getting supplier info...
